For most resins releases, the only way to place an order will be through the E-cart. Sometimes Paypal will be the only payment method available, and sometimes checks and money orders will be accepted. Methods accepted through Paypal are credit cards, Paypal balance and transfers from your checking account. This is very similar to most shopping carts you use when ordering from other websites. You can put things in and take things out.
1) Go to the webpage of the resin you want to order
2) Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3) Type in the quantity you want in the white box and click the "order" button.
It will take you to the shopping cart page, displaying your total.
4) At the shopping cart, you can choose a shipping option or not.
If you are an international customer, you will need to click the "International Shipping" option.
Shipping for domestic orders is already figured into the total release price.
4) To add another option if necessary click the "Continue Shopping" button. It will take you back to the resin's page and you can click on the other products you want. It will take you to a page where you type the quantity of your other product in the white box.
5) Click the "Order" button. It will take you to your shopping cart and the additional product will be added in with an updated total.
6) Click the 'Go to Payments" button and it will walk you through the rest of the ordering process.
For International Customers: You will need to order both your product ( resin sculpture) and your shipping. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 for traditionals and $7 for minis. Just click the words that say "International Shipping" below the product in the webpage and it will add it to your cart.

Q: Do you accept Paypal and where do I send my payment to?
A: I do accept all forms of Paypal: PP balance, credit cards and checking account transfers. I have only one email address, so send to: tabasco2@dishmail.net
Q: When I placed my order through the shopping cart, I told it I was going to make payment using one method, but want to use a different method now. Can I do that?
A: On some releases, only Paypal payments are accepted and immediate payment is required to place your order. But on releases that I am accepting all forms of payment ( Paypal, checks and money orders) you may change your method of payment without notifying me. Just make sure it arrives by the due date if you are mailing it.
Q: It says Sold Out! I thought the resin wasn't released yet.....did I miss it??
A: If there are no resins in inventory, it will say "Sold Out". This either means a) that I did put them into inventory (release them) and they really are sold out or b) I have not released them yet. To know if you really missed it or not, check the top of that resin's page. I will give the release date and time. If it is past the time that I have announced I will release the resin, it probably really is sold out and you missed it.
Mini Order Numbers
For most minis you will have an order number if you ordered through the shopping cart on my website. I will post the last order number shipped so you know about where we are at. ( They will ship in numerical order from now on)
Please keep in mind that the shopping cart doesn't just count my customer's orders. It counts the orders of every other vendor that uses Mal's Ecart from *all* other websites as well as mine. This means that if two people order a resin one right after the other, their order numbers could be hundreds apart. For instance they may be 232168 and 232587.
What this means for you: Don't panic if the last order # I show as shipped is # 232168 and you are # 232587. This does not mean there are 419 resins to ship before yours! In fact, yours could be the very next one. All it means is that Mals Ecart counted 419 orders from other's websites (not mine) between your order and the person in front of you.
Traditional Order Numbers
On any resin that time payments are offered on, the order numbers become irrelevant. The reason for this is simply that the resins are shipped out according to the order they are paid in full. A person that only made a $50 deposit may have a lower order # than someone that pays in full for thiers at a later time. I write names down on the shipping list in the order the resins are paid off.
